1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Finory ("Company," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the Finory mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android platforms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Account Requirements:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Subscription Services and Payments

The App offers premium features through subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.

Subscription Terms:

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Charges occur at the start of each billing period
• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No refunds for partial periods

In-App Purchases:

• Additional features may be purchased
• All sales are final
• Prices may change with notice
• Processed through app stores

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing.

Data We May Collect:

• Account information (name, email, profile data)
• Usage data and analytics
• Device information and identifiers
• Communication preferences
• Financial transaction data

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the App's functionality
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Using automated systems to access the App
• Impersonating others or providing false information

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with Finory.

This includes but is not limited to software code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and any other proprietary materials contained within the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FINORY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

Upon Termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ceases
• You must delete all copies of the App
• Outstanding subscription fees remain due
• Certain provisions of this Agreement survive termination

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo. By using the App, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
